A complete integral actuation was conducted to control dust emissions, starting with coal stockpiles with large range rain guns and following with a fire fighting installation that automatically turns on when a high temperature in coal is detected, preventing coal from self-combustion.

Similar actuations have been made in Jorf Lasfar thermal power in Morocco through INITEC company and for TAIM-TFG company we developed a huge project for Iranian State iron ore complex in Bikiot.

In both cases the CPI system was introduced in ships discharge, in belt conveyors tranferences, in the stock coal yard (Stacker-Reclaimer) and also for the train loading station.

In crushing and milling processes, also in transport and stocking of virgin and recycled chips a great amount of dust is generated, fine and little particles of wooden dust that air action expands to the atmosphere.

With the action and application of CPI’s “Dry Fog” Systems (air + water) all these dust emissions are nearly suppressed.

Recycled aggregates due to its origin and diversity can present a great variability of treatments. So its recommended the installation of a highly automated systems like CPI’s “Dry Fog”.
