The process of aggregates transformation, usually generates a lot of dust. Its effects are visible and generating problems. It is common cause of reduced performance at work, greater wear of machinery, damage to the landscape and a source of conflict with Public Administrations and neighbors.

These problems are solved with the implementation of corrective measures effective and economically viable.

The dust suppression is not easy. There are several determining factors to consider when designing an installation. Those who most influence the success of the project are related with the nature of the product: type of product, material flow, residual moisture (on final and proposed), grain size, but also with the facilities like: width of belt conveyors and its speed, type of the crushing and milling machinery installed…

CPI’s System controls dust emissions by using a fine spray that overcomes the surface tension of water to form droplets of equal or smaller size than dust particles. In this case, both bind and precipitate rapidly.

WATER+TENSOACTIE SPRAYING

  • Complete automations to reduce water and tensoactive consumption.
  • Moisture added to material is under 0,7%
  • Easy maintenance work
  • High effectivity in dust dust suppression emissions which are reduced around 80%.
  • Little power consumption
  • Tensoactive added in a percentage of 1/2000.

DRY FOG

  • Requires compressed air and not tensoactives added
  • Complete automation of the instalacion
  • Double circuit water and air
  • Moisture added to material is under 0,3%
  • High effectivity in dust dust suppression emissions which are reduced around 85%.

SPRAYING NOZZLES

It’s one of the keys of the project success. Each dust emission point requires the installation of an appropriate kind of nozzles, ones flat spray, others full cone or hollow cone… that are capable to project a fine smog with the appropriate flow required in each case.
